Removal:
Remove and dispose of existing 3' x 30' s/f awning from building front.
Remove and dispose of existing 4' x 20' d/f cabinet from pole sign.
Reduce height of existing pole to accommodate installation of the new d/f cabinet/remove approximately 11’ of pole to bring OAH to 20' including new cabinet.

Manufacture:
(1) 21"w x 15’h x 1’-4”d pole cover with at least 3-1/2” address numbers.

Install:
(1) 3' x 30' s/f wall sign to be installed on building front
(1) 4'-3 1/2" x 10'-1 1/4" d/f cabinet to be installed on existing pole (reduced to 15’ / 20’ w/cabinet). The outside edge of the cabinet will be 1'-6" from the property line.
