1- NEC 210.8 All kitchen counter top receptical outlets shall have GFCI protection.
2- NEC 210.11(C)(1)- Kitchen counter top receptical outlets shall be fed by a minimum of 2 20 amp small appliance circuits that shall have no other outlets.
BCC 4-05-31(C)- Unfused conductors shall not enter a structure. Main fused disconnecting means shall be installed outside as per NEC 230.70 and 230.71.
NEC 110.26- Minimum work space shall be 30" wide and 36" deep at panel location.
