This was a service that the underground wiring had been destroyed by tree roots. Service was redone and inspected prior to Idaho Power energizing, just need to get final on it. Thanks Kurt Carlson I do not know if trailer is occupied or being lived in, may have to knock on door. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Kurt Carlson Ok final. Looked at on 1/18/18. This is to close out permit.

This is a trailer home, located at space #3. Power was turned off by IPCO for unknown reasons, maybe non payment. Tree had grown in front of panel making it unable to open panel door and blocking meter. Tree has since been removed correcting clearance problems. I would like to meet the inspector on site and go through any non code compliance problems and get the service permitted for reenergizing by IPCO Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Kurt Carlson 1 phase conductor load side came in contact with top of rigid pipe inside pedistal. No bushing was used for conduit, so it eventually wore through insulation.
