By final the 10/2 and 12/2 HRs to outside panel need fixed-romex ran in sealtite and 1 1/2 conduit stubbed into exterior panel with a 10/3 and 8 or 6/3 romex in it shall also be brough up to code- romex is not rated to be ran outside
