No work was done because permit was purchased due to home inspector saying riser was not high enough, Given it passed in that code cycle and IPCO requirements I am finalling permit out....

Home ispector stated overhead service mast was to low and not safe, service mast is perfectly fine even though NEC states 8' is the height required in witch was not adopted and ruled out due to Idaho Power will not hook up to anything over 6'. If a bucket truck can be used higher riser are accepted but once the truck cannot get into position it is ruled out. Riser is safe and restraping is the only thing required.
