210.8(B)- All 15 and 20 amp 125 volt receptacle outlets installed in damp or wet locations shall have GFCI protection, 2-pole receptacles mounted on ceiling will be single receptacle type for heaters, no GFCI reuired. Ceiling mounted 15 or 20 amp 125 volt receptacles do not have a specific load. Any standard cord can be plugged into receptacle. Area below top of stalls being concidered damp location due to hose down area for cleaning.
