314.21- Drywall shall be repaired around boxes and panel so that no gap is greater than 1/8" around edges.
314.25- All boxes shall have covers. Switch in driveway storage, micro not trimmed, disposal receptacle not trimmed.
408.4- Outdoor circuit directory shall be complete and accurate.
422.31- Water heater shall have a disconnecting means. 110.25 lockouts acceptacle.

Electrical contractor has replaced all wiring associated with kitchen, small appliance circuits and seperated 15 and 20 amp circuits so correct wire size is present where needed.
As per Daryl DeGrange if electrical contractor takes responsibility for wiring in kitchen and bathroom areas additional drywall does not need to be removed.
Electrical contractor confirmed he would be responsible for all wiring in kitchen and bathroom areas.
250.64- Grounding electrode conductors shall be continuous to main disconnecting means.
250.140- Range and dryer receptacles shall be 4 wire, appliance frames shall not be bonded through grounded conductor.

Items found at conference with electrical contractor hired to complete job.
From what was found it is evident an electrical contractor did not install wiring in question.
Scope of work appears to be a kitchen and bathroom remodel.
* Meter tag missing from meter base.
* Updated panel installed at top of stairs.
* No main disconnecting means outside or immediately inside dwelling.
* Main bonding jumper not installed. No connection to grounding electrode system at panel.
* 14 gage wire installed tapped off kitchen and bathroom receptacle circuits with 20 amp over current protection.
* Laundry circuit includes bathroom receptacles in both bathrooms and lighting.
* Open and/ or buried splices found in kitchen and basement ceiling.
* Kitchen receptacles serving counter top spaces not code compliant.
* New wiring installed in basement, kitchen and bathroom areas with manufacture date 8-19-18.
* Grounding electrode connection to underground metal water pipe buried behind drywall in basement ceiling. Shall be with in 5' of entrance to dwelling.

Violations-
210.11(C)(1)- Small appliance circuits shall only feed receptacle outlets specified by 210.52(B), kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, dining room, or similar.
210.11(C)(2)- Laundry branch circuits shall only feed receptacles installed for laundry as specified in 210.52(F).
210.11(C)(3)- At least one 20 map 120 volt circuit shall be installed to supply bathroom receptacle outlets. Such circuits shall have no other outets.
210.52(C)(1)- Receptacle outlets shall be installed to serve kitchen counter top space so that no point measured along wall line is more than 24" measured horizonally from a receptacle in that space.
230.70- A means shall be provide to disconnect all conductors in a building from the service entrance conductors. Service disconnecting means shall be located either outside or inside nearest point of entrance of the service entrance conductors.
240.4(D)(3)- Overcurrent protection of conductors shall not exceed 15 amps for 14 gage wire.
250.24(A)- A premises wiring system supplied by a AC service shall have a grounding electrode conductor connected to the grounded conductor. Grounding electorode conductor connection shall be accessble.
300.15- Where wiring method is nonmetallic-sheathed cable a box shall be installed at each conductor splice point, outlet point, switch point, junction point, or termination point. Covers shall be accessible after installation.

Remove drywall from walls in kitchen and both bathrooms to provide access to wiring installed. Electrical contactor may need more drywall removed to make all corrections.
After electrical contractor makes corrections of all listed violations and any others found, request a rough in inspection for cover.
