Individual performing work is a electrical contractor. informed if an electrical permit is pulled by elec contractor covering work done walls would not need opened. Marcello ###-####. If contractor not willing to permit work one side of all walls and ceiling will need opened up for inspection. Issues exist. 250.32- Seperate structures shall have grounding electrodes installed. 210.4- Ampacity for 14 ga. wire shall not exceed 15 amps. 30 amp installed. 422.30- A disconnecting means shall be installed for water heater when hooked up. Rest of list will be complete when energized.

Observed possible illegal ADU on property, Homeowner disclosed entire house was remodeled by seller and detacted structure was a living unit, all completed without permits prior to homeowner purchasing property. Advised homeowner not disconnect power with existing violations. All inspections may be on hold until violations have been resolved with the City of Boise.
