Too many violations to list, 200 main breaker panel installed where a 125 amp main breaker panel had failed. 125 amp mete base not changed, mast left original, Deck built around old existing meter base.
Explained reason for conference, owner understood but decided to for go to save time.

Discussed minimums required for change out of interior main breaker panel, Work space shall be provided for meter base and interior panel, 2" IMC minimum shall be installed for service mast used to support power swing. 2/0 copper conductors or 4/0 aluminum minimum shall be installed for service entrance conductors, Unable to verify metal underground water pipe so minimum of 2 ground rods shall be installed with #6 copper grounding electode conductor. Main bonding jumper screw shall be installed. Discussed bonding issuew with metal nipple verses non-metallic. Discussed minimum support required for service mast.
Discussed other issues found in mechanical/ utility room, Dryer branch circuit shall terminate in a box as per 300.15 and basement range shall have sheathing installed in box at least 1/4". Seperate traveller ran on exterior of other NM cable in 3-way switch, red conductor. Must fix these issues by final.
