I had homeowner meet with a IDP designer to discuss mast height and guy kit. IDP ok'd mast height and was aware that homeowner modified his guy kit to allow attachment within the 6"-12" of weatherhead. p/s o/h n ok

Steven ###-#### Talked with homeowner about scheduling a conference with an IDP designer about service mast height in alley. From roof to top of weatherhead is about 10ft. I would consider it more of a hazard than anything. Homeowner going to get back with me.

Inspection of a new combination SE/8ckt panel on North side of garage with 2" RMC up to weatherhead. Two 8'' copper-clad ground rods were also installed on North side of garage approx 8'' apart and connected to ground lug with a continuous 6AWG solid copper wire. I was originally thinking of changing from overhead to underground service but I now plan on adding a new service to my garage and possibly feeding it to my house at a later date.
