Went over the provision that are required by the city of Boise for the process of transfering over permits within the parcel. Spoke with Layton with Benchmark Const. Also gave him the information to contact the EPA over the permit for the transfer of information also. Will re-inspect once contacted by Benchmark prior to the start of work to go over that all transfering has been completed and certain provisions will be utilized for work needs to occur to complete the project.

Met with Skip Jones to walk site and discuss issues for repairing damage caused from flooding of adjacent property on 5-3-07. Inspected retention bed, sand and grease traps, truck dock, and other activities associated with repair. Will visit site again in a few days to check on status.

Responded to complaint regarding flooding caused by blocked ditch. Met RP (Bob Unger) and John (Internet Auto) on site to discuss complaint and solution for problem. Immediate action is being taken to repair ditch. C/N issued to address complaint and violations. I will re-inpsect site tomorrow.
