Met with RP's (Steve Swanson and Ralph) to discuss complaint received from ACHD for heavy amounts of dirt leaving the site due to excavation. Site was in violation and heavy sediment on sidewalks, gutters and street needs addressed immediately. Informed both Steve and Ralph that the site must be cleaned up by the end of the day today or a stop work will be issued. Also discussed the possibility of their RP certifications being revoked if complaints continued to come in or blatant disregard for BCC 8-17 contined to occur. Sediment barriers are needed along the front of the site in addition to the clean-up required. I will re-inspect tomorrow morning.

c/n issued to RP for all houses on Villa Norte to address ESC signs being posted or reposted, sediment barriers need maintained or installed on front of property, trash containers need emptied and maintained, and sediment at base of road on Villa Norte and 15th needs cleaned up. New RP must be updated on all ESC permits. All issues must be addressed by the end of the day today or a stop work may be issued for all jobs.
