Spoke with the sub division owner due to the family emergency the RP had to take care of. Showed him the concern of violation with the prior correction notice. Wil have it partly done on 10/17/08 and fully complete on 10/20/08.

1. Maintain and Install BMP's on project area where slopes are over 2% grade.
2. Protect and/or stabilize slopes at the front & back of lots and by the canal.
3. Clean up and remove all trash debris on the sub divisions.
4. Clean up all tracking in the sub division streets.
Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 10/16/08 PM.
