Discussed with RP over the removal of siltfence along Elder street. Due to weather permitting, they might need to re-install a sediment BMP in place of the silt fence. Told the RP to keep an eye on that particular area. Will re-inspect tomorrow.

Driveway has been dressed with washed rock 2-3in rock. Permit isgn has been posted at the main entrance of project.
Steve Meyers (Site super) went and recieved a temporary RP and will be taking the class on Wensday the 13th of Feb. 2008.
Discussed with RP that stock pile at the back of project must be stabilized since it has been dormit over 14 days.
Washout pit needs to be dressed up with more plastic liner. Will re-inspect on 2/14/08 in the am.

Wrote a Notice of Correction:
1. Construction Entrance
2. Post Signage at front of Main Entrance
3. Designated Parking area
4. Need to have a local "RP" for the day to day activity.
Will reinspect on 02/12/08 at 8:00am.
If Notice is not address to the full, a "Stop Work Order" will be given.
