Meet with Mr. Skip Jones over winterization of subdivision. Inspected site, comments forwarded to C. Smith to pass along with RP. Maintain BMPs on road (northeast side of drainage). Repair gullys and install small amount of energy reduction devices. Overall vegetation has been re-estabilished nicely next to the road plus silt fence is still in place between the road and drainage which should prevent turbid runoff from entering drainage area.

Respraying of initial area will be performed in spring if bare areas are observed. Structual measures to be installed/inspected and maintained to reduce erosion until final stabilization is achieved.
