Correction Notice:
1. Remove or place all trash debris into waste containers. Through out the vertical construction.
2. Clean all hard surfaces of all sediemnt and debris. Through out the vertical construction.
3.Install sediment barriers at the south end of Pine st. & Pine Tree st. in the vertical construction area.
4. Maintian Storm Drain Inlets. Also remove the protection in the areas where all construction and developemnt is completed.

Failure to comply will result in further enforcement. Will re-inspect on 5/4/10PM.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all sediment debris off of the hard surface where vertical construction is occuring to the maximum extent practible.
Also install a sediment barrier along the West end of the irragation channel. Will re-inspect on 3/2/10PM.

Need to clean all sediment collected in the gutterpan. Street sweeper on schedule.

Noted that pumps on Eveningstar have been removed. gave RP verbal c/n to remove boards from di, leave diprotection so that di are active. Rp will need to elevate the housekeeping in this area now that di are active. Will reinspect on friday 5-1.

Due to the dry conditions, the RP has been given until 4:00pm or prior to any storm event to have all of Shoup and the hardsurfaces of the south side of project cleaned up of all sediment and debris. Will re-inspect on 4:30pm today.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris by 04/12/09PM. Will re-inspect on 04/13/09AM.

Verbal to RP:
1. Clean up irragation canal of all debris.
2. Maintain silt fence along the canal.
3. Prior to canal being opened figure out how to stabilize the canal where disturbed soil has not been stabilized yet. (Canal is still inactive).

Clean up all sediment and debris within project where the ammendment to the project does not cover. Must complete by the end of the day or prior to any storm event.

All sediment of street contained to the streets of the project where they have amended there plan to keep it. No tracking onto Shoup St.

Met with RP, J. Larkin, Discussed plan modification. Making MS4 system "inactive" on internal street based on conditions. Conditions includes 1) fabric and plywood attached to drop inlets, 2) daily scraping and sweeping of streets, 3) plan to remove water if pooling of water exist into control basins 4) monitor and address construction exit to achieve MEP on track out onto ACHD streets. Verbal to RP:
They are in the process of backfill trenches and removing the stock piles. Activily placing exteral protection on storm drains and maintain all protection on all of them through the construction project area. Told RP to clean up all sediment and debris off of all hard surfaces at the end of the work day or if it gets to excessive. Will re-inspect the sud-division 2/2/09. Will input if pertaining to a single lot though.

Need to keep up on sweeping if and sediment imgrates within the street and or gutterpan of the project.

Verbal correction to RP:
Clean up all sediment (tracking) off of street area by 1/21/09 AM. Will re-inspect on 1/21/09 PM.

Need to protect 2 storm drain inlets where they have finished constructing them within the interior of the project.

Told the Gen Contractor to have all storm drain that are complete and active protected by 12/12/08. Also to clean up all overflow concrete from the sidewalk pours.

Minor tracking out of project area. RP has a sweeper scheduled.

Irragation canal that ran through the project area is now piped in. No concerns over the pertaining issue. Site is still in utility phase. Everything is kept contained into project area.

Issues with the irragation ditch have been corrected and access control have been install also.

Small open canal running through active construction site. Area has been worked, bare soil on both sides of ditch. Instructed contractor/RP to provide protection until water is turned off and then piping can be performed. Ditch was running during inspection. Need to keep construction entrance maintained as wet season is approaching.
