That have bermed up the area where the activity is going to occur. Also turbid water has breeched the turbidity curtain. But the flow is so stagnent that it will no reach the recieving water body. Have set a marker point within that creek a the property line marker. If turbid water reaches that point after going past the curtain and also the beaver damn, then a different plan must be developed to miniumizes the turbidity within the creek. Will re-inspect in the PM today.

See previous inspection from #420. Also went over with the qualified person (Rocky from PW.) over silt fence on sit is installed incorrectly. Told him that he would need to install it to industry standards or ogment it so the stakes are inbetween the pocket stakes on the down hill side of the siltfence and stapled tightly to secure the silt fence in a way that would be accepted.

Met with Sommer RP, (Karl) and Boise City Qualified Person, (Rocky) and Inspector 460. Reviewed project and discussed dewatering. Reviewed ESC plan, made comments and suggestions. Stressed the importance of staying on top of administration requirements per CGP. Made it clear that prior to any discharges offsite and into the river that water must meet water quality standards, (50 NTU's above background). Suggested the use of a turbidity meter to record and log any discharges and if these number exceed standards to stop discharging even if the pumps have to be shut down.
