Message to RP:
Correction Notice;
1. Clean all hard surfaces of ALL sediment and debris.
2. Consolidate all wood spoils into one pile. Not scattered throughout project area.
3. Maint or remove all siltfence along the front of project area.
4. Provide a washout pit prior to anymore concrete or mortar work and post signage.
Failure to comply within the given time frame will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 5/29/09AM.

Verbal to RP:
1. Clean up all trackin onto street where gravel fill is being brought in. This will be the last day of flat work.
Also discussed with RP over stabilizing stock piles on lot to the east. If stockpiles are sitting for more than 30 days temporary stabilized or not, a permit is required. RP is waiting on the go on a duplex unit on that lot. So I have given the ok for 30 days or until permit is issued for the duplex unit. Will re-inspect on this issue on 6/18/09.
