Waiting on a street sweeper tonight to finish up the clean up efforts.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up areas where paint and plaster washout has occured. Place it into the washout pit. Correct by instructing the crew where has needs to occur.

Talked to RP.....sweep all hard surfaces.

left verbal & written correction with rp to protect stock pile on south side of project & all slopes over 2 percent grade. maintain silt fence along five mile. clean dirt & debris off all hard surfaces. need to be complete by 9-6-09 or a stop work may be issued. will reinspect 9-8-09.

di protection in place, will be removing stock pile & grading so not to be over 2 percent grade on site. will reinspect 9-04-09.

Went over the phase of the project with the RP. Allowing that filt ter fabric be allowed within the storm drain inlet on the interior of the project during the time of paving occurs. Once paving is complete and cured, that an approved storm drain inlet protection is required. At the lasted of 8/27/09, all storm drain inlets must be protected with an approved method.

Told the RP that he must comply with federal regulations per the CGP and make sure that he can generate the narritive of his ECS plan on 8/28/09 AM. Will re-inspect on 8/28/09 AM.

Verbal to Assistant(Kevin), RP off of work today:
If stockpile are not back filled by 7/20/09PM, Will require to install sediment barriers along the canal to the east of project.
Also clean up all tracking onto drive to the east and west. Will reinspect on 7/21/09 AM.

Need Concrete washout pit.

Verbal to RP:
Provide a washout with a sign posted at the location. Must occur prior to the pour of any concrete.

Started to clear and grub project area prior to permit being issued. Doulbe fee on ESC permit.
