Spoke with RP over a hydrant flush. Will be diggining a flow channel and lining it with 10mil or geater plastic to flow to there infiltration bed. No issues as long as the water is clean and will not be picking up and sediment. Will be contacted prior to the flush to over see the completion of the trench.

Told RP to re-install Construction exit per the industry standard of what is consider a "stabilized construction exit". Also to deliniate the access on and off of the exit. Will re-inspect on 11/09/09 AM.
