RP has decidesed to remove the silt fence along the canal due to the cut being lower than the access road of the canal.

Verbal message via phone and e-mail:
1. Extend the construction exit to the south at least a min. of 50ft.
2. Stabilize of block off access point to the north.
3. Install silt fence per manufactures specifications. (Pocket silt fence must have ths stakes on the inside of what you are trying to stop from siltation).
4. Extend sediment barrier to protect the south for total protection of the canal. (Gap between silt fence and the wattle.)
Must be completed by 9/17/09PM. Will re-inspect on 9/18/09AM.
