Upper section where barriers are in place and BFM has been sprayed are holding up well, even sightings of vegetative growth. Informed operator that lower section and west side of upper section needs BFM application as soon as possible. As well controls to reduce trackout is expected as well as the contractors suggestive collection berm to hold runoff. "whatever they need to do to reduce trackout and turbid runoff" is expected. Install prior to next rain event.

2.At or prior to the end of the day, excavate out sediment traps along the slope of depths of at least 2-4ft deep.
3. At the bottom of slope recommend using pastic sheeting over the slope of the last swale of the west side of the slope. Make sure it is keyed in at the back of slope and weighed down.
