Issues that were addressed in the previous inspection will be dealt with on 9/30/10 on the next inspection. Also they will be hydro-seeding the entrance on the first week of October. Will re-inspect on 10/4/2010am

BMP's have been repaired or replaces where needed. Yellow sign needs new RP name and contact number instead of prior RP & contractor.

Mike talked to owner about inspections and project conclusion? Talked to Mike and D. Briggs. Dean will contact out-of-state owner with information to contract erosion control maintenance until Phase II (Building of structure) will commence. Dean will send an e-mail to Boise City (SGW) for additional requirements and general ESC information which is required.

Overall site looks pretty good. Some minor issues exist, e.x. repair sediment barriers, restake barriers, remove small amount of sediment build up.

Starting to construct the stabilized drainage channel and sediment traps today. Will folluw up with the completion of the work.

Message to RP:
Per theapproved ESC plan, the city expect that the drainage protection with the catchs areas to be installed. Will re-inspect on 1/06/10 AM.

Discussed with RP over staging area of stock pile off of the Barber Nursery facility. It is still the responsibility of the RP to have control measures in place for erosion and sediment control and stabilization (if applicable due to weather conditions).
Will inspect stock pile area tomorrow in the AM.

RP out of town until 11/25/09. Left a message with his ofice over stabilization of stock pile that are located off of Barber Rd. The city expects them to be stabilized. Will follow up with RP on 11/25/09 am.

Have applied on the lower slope and finished up the upper slope with a BFM. Y+Informed RP that the draininge area on the road is turbid where it runs by there entrance. Also no to allow any equiptment off of the gravel to eliminate any tracking. Clean up all hard surface of all sediment and debris. Will re-inspect on 11/3/09 AM.

Upper section where barriers are in place and BFM has been sprayed are holding up well, even sightings of vegetative growth. Informed operator that lower section and west side of upper section needs BFM application as soon as possible. As well controls to reduce trackout is expected as well as the contractors suggestive collection berm to hold runoff. "whatever they need to do to reduce trackout and turbid runoff" is expected. Install prior to next rain event.

Install a sediment barrier where an access was cut. Needs to be install this afternoon prior to a storm event. Will re-inspect on 10/15/09 Pm.

Site is holdong up well. All BMP's installed correctly and working well.

All Bmp's are installed for the upcoming storm event. Will re-inspect on 10/5/09 to see how all BMP's have held up to the storm event.

Upper slope is track walked and sediment barriers in place to break up the slope. Hyd. application is being performed. Bottom slope still in need of work and road needs water barriers and collection area at bottom.

WEnt over the recommendation pertaining with hydro-seeding to B.F.M application on the slope for a more duraible bonding hold.

Correction Notice:
1. Install sediment barriers along the North east and south east side of disturbed areas.
2.At or prior to the end of the day, excavate out sediment traps along the slope of depths of at least 2-4ft deep.
3. At the bottom of slope recommend using pastic sheeting over the slope of the last swale of the west side of the slope. Make sure it is keyed in at the back of slope and weighed down.
Will re-inspect on 9/15/09 Pm.
