Lawn Co re-sprayed both slopes, (hydro-mulch, seed and tackifier). Adequate thicknes has been applied. Informed Dave B. (Boise Parks) that this application should be used for a test plot. We will leave this permit open until grass has been re-established, (summer of 2010). Note: barriers on the slope will remain in place as a permanent measure; NOT TO BE REMOVED.

Reviewed upcoming work site with Boise Parks. Contractor to re-install sediment barriers, they were improperly installed. After soil has been re-placed and sheepfooted, two sediment barriers need to be installed to break up the slope. Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) to be sprayed from numberous locations to stablized the bare slope. BFM is a combination of water, tackifier, mulch (high rate of application-2,000 lbs per acrea or greater) and seed mix. Inspector 460 will inspect site on Monday morning, 9/21/2009.
