Spoke with contractor and RP over perimeter controls. Grade will be lower than the sidewalk. Also exturded curbing surrounds project area. Until it is all removed the contractor will keep a stock pile of sediment controls on site. Contractor will be suppling a water truck for dust control also. Will re-inspect on 9/9/10am
