Permit transferred?? Verify. Kristey came to City Hall to transfer the permit from Idea Demo to Hawkins but their were no certified RP for the transfer therefore the transfer could not be completed, intormed Kristey that a valid RP must be attached to any active ESC permit; transfer to be completed after a valid RP is able to be attached to the permit. Will nspect in three weeks not only the site but to see if the transfer has been done.

Contact Aaron Carrol: Overall site is ok, informed Hawkins Company that they need to have the ESC permit issued to Ideal Demo to them until the site has achieved final stabilization (70% growth). Monthly inspection and failures repaired (if observed) during the winter months. Aaron Carrol is the contact for Hawkins. Informed Bob Archibald that the BLD can be finalled and the bond released.

10:30 Review ESC plan and discuss final stabilzation measures. Met with general contractor and owner, (Hawkins). Upon completeion of demo of structures & hard surfaces the site will be final graded and then contractor will file NOT (transfered to other filer (Hawkins). At this point the bond may be released (BLD finaled). The ESC will remain open until the ground has been seeded and 70% growth has been established. Informed Hawkins that inspections will need to continue to take place until the site is ready to close, (70% growth). Access controls (concrete barricades) are expected at all access points to reduce any traffic and trackout.
