General: Receive an inquiry from Paul L of the Cove East Subdivision board regarding potential erosion. Discussions with the RP (Anthony) revealed that hyd. seeding of bare ground should be completed by the end of the week. Watering of seed will be performed by home owner. Summary of events was provide to Paul for his HOA meeting. Follow up will be done.

Contacted RP, Anthony, reviewed procedures for re-vegetation of slopes after walking the site. Retaining walls are complete with the exception of bonding the cap. Private property has been sodded. Requested meeting with the seeding company and Anthony prior to spraying.
