2:30 Discuss earlier correction notice: Agreed to allow no structure controls with the natural buffer on the upper portion of the project, based on the contractor agreeing to hydroseed with tack as soon as the walls have been backfilled. Lower section to have silt fence on the contour to protect stormwater basin. As well, sediment barrier on the downhill side of the washout pit properly installed. At night, sweep hard surface and position a sediment barrier to protect sheet flow. Install waste container. Any signifcate sediment entering into the basin will be the builders responsibility to clean out and re-spray.
