4. Remove all stucco, mortar, concrete and sheet rock mud residual off of all areas and place into the washout pit.
5. Provide access controls to prevent vechile traffic onto alll disturbed on and off lots.

External washout for painters have been provided. No other wahouts have been placed on any additional project lots. The paint washout on the lots is still present on the disturbed soil. Rp was informed per the previous correction notice to clean up and remove all paint washout residual that is not in a contained washout pit or exteral washout. Have left a message with the RP to setup a meeting to go over all violations within the subdivision.

Verbal to RP:
When usung pocketed silt fence, the pocketed stakes must be on the inside of where you are trying to pervent sediment from going. Also clean up all hard surface of all sediment and debris off of the hard surfaces.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all sediment disposition on the bike path where a channell undermined the sediment barrier causing a concentrated turbid discharge off of the project area. Install and maintain perventitive BMP measures to miniumize any other turbid dischages off the project area. Will re-inspect on 4/27/2011AM.

Need to establish final stabilization. Will inspect in 14 days to inspect for some type of initiation.

The RP contacted me and told me how there was a truck load of pit run dumped on his property of his project. Told me that it belonged to the project next to them on the west side. I told the RP that I would contacted RP of the project and have them relocate it onto the project area.

Left a message with Mike SMith and told him that it ashould be removed by tomorrow afternoon.

Verbal to RP:
Post ESC sign at the front of project where visable from the street(Amity). Discussed with RP over stabilization requirement that must be achieved prior to Oct 8th of 2010 on any and all bare soil within the project area. Will follow up on the stabilization on 10/06/2010 and will re-inspect for sign on 9/21/2010 PM.

Spoke with RP and excavating company:
Re-install sediment barrier per industry standards. At the end of the work must clean up all sediment off of all hard surfaces at the transfer area located at the north end of project. Will re-inspect on 9/13/10am.

Met with PD and RP, walked site and reviewed plans and what is required. Work will commence soon.

ESC plan is approved according to the ESC plan and ESC permit conditions.
