Blanket needs to be toed in at top of the slope. Slope is hydro-seeded and then the blanket installed. I observed minor "tenting" at misc. locations but hopefully will be ok. Energy relieve (basalt rock) is inplace at the bottome of the seeded slope at the bottom of the buried slope pipe. Informed RP of my comments and observations.

Verbal to RP, need to install sediment barriers at misc locations to reduce runoff with forecasted rain. Backfilled elevation has been completed but seeding and installation of slope has not been done at the time of this inspection. Access road has bare ground. Final stabilzation is needed on all bare ground.

Progress with restablizing the slope. Talked to RP (Adam) regarding the final restoration including the access road, high rate of mulch, tackifier and upland seed mix on material that will produce re-vegetation. Also, install sediment barriers which will be left in place to reduce velocity of runoff until the site is completely revegetated. Will re-inspect in one week.

Work is progressing to restore the slope; At the time of inspection 13 feet of geogrid and 3/4 road mix has been placed. Discussed the need to place sediment barriers in misc. locations at the end of the day on the project access road. Estimated completion to place material--two more weeks and it should be close to the end.

Geo-grid in place and 2 foot lifts are being constructed. At the time of inspection placement of 3/4" material was being installed via a conveyer from below and then compaction of material. Reviewed the need to install sediment barriers (straw wattles) every night to reduce velocity and to trap sediment overnight in case of rainfall.
