Conference as well as general inspection. Met with RP and contractors stucco contractor, provided an overview of what is expected to comply in regards to containment of stucco/concrete residual. As well, the need to provide sweeeping on sawdust and sawmill area. Inspector 460 will follow up.

Discussed with the RP over the issue of providing a washout for all the sub contractors on the project lot so clean out can occur in a contained pit or exteral pit. He explained that the Stucco contractor will provide a wasout on all lots that stuco work will be occuring prior to any cleanout occuring. All other sub contractors either cleanout at the commen subdivion washout or back at the facility. Also explained to the RP if the violation occurs again on any of their project lots, it will requirement to provide a washout on all of the project lots.

The RP of the project notified the city of the issue that the Stucco sub contractor left by cleaning out his mixer and tools off on the project lot not within a contained washout pit. The RP explained that they are aware of the situation and will have in cleaned up by the first thing in the morning. Will follow up with a conversation to the RP on 4/14/2011PM and explain to him the requirement that all lots must have a washout for all non stormwater pollutants that are Non VOC.
