Verbal to RP:
Provide a washout pit for the duration of the project for all non stormwater polluntants to be cleaned out with9in the provided washout pit. Secure the ESC yellow sign on the wood fence going into the project area.

Explained to the RP that the general contractor must provide an RP for the full duration of the project. Someone who has day to day control of all erosion and sediment conrtol issues pertaining to the project. If one can not be provided a Stop Work Order will be placed on the project until the time being a valid RP is provided. Will re-inspect on 7/27/2011PM.
