Construction activities busted active sprinkler line. Resulted in formation of a gully and an off site discharge at the back (south side) of the property. Upon inspection, repair activities had already been initiated by Symon Co. Confirmed slope stabilization plan with RP

Discussed with the RP and he will begin this next week in stabilizing the slope in the back portion of the project utilizing the wattles to break up the slope, track walk the slope and spray a hydrolic application on the slope for stabilization.

Left a message for the RP to discuss the slope in the back of the lot. Per the ESC plan the site is compliant. But due the the slope gade and the slope being denuded, the slope should have additional protection to break up the slope. Waiting for the RP to contact me.

Verbal correction to RP: (message)
Must clean off all sediment off of the hard surfaces including all sidewalks. Install sediment abrriers back of sidewalk and provide additional erosion control coverage on the stockpiles along the back of sidewalk. NO CONCRETE IS QALLOWED TO BE PLACED UNTIL ALL VIOLATIONS ARE CORRRECTED. Will follow up on 5/29/2012AM.
