Met with RP on site during follow up inspection. Perimeter control has been replaced but has not been installed correctly. RP to correct. Observed RP sweep street along curb where some sediment and debri has deposited from track out.

Perimeter BMPs need maintenance. Construction materials and portapot needs to be moved off of the sidewalk. Contractor was not on site at time of inspection. Telephoned RP on 7/18 to ask for corrections. RP indicated that the perimeter controls would be corrected and/or replaced. Contractor will attempt to move the portapot off of the sidewalk to the level surface adjacent to power pole on the property. Contractor may need to complete driveway in order to have a large enough level surface for the portapot. Approximate time frame for completion of the driveway is two weeks.
