Spoke with the project rep. and explained to him the there is a stipulations with the dewatering activity.
"If turbid water is generated while the dewatering process is occuring, you shall stop all dewatering activities and contact both permiting agencies (City of Boise ESC and ACHD storm water) for further requirements to miniumize the discharge of turbid water into the storm drain system."
