Correction notice was issued for failure to address the small fuel leak identified on Monday. Source of spill was from overfilling equipment. Observed contractor clean soil immediately following issuance of correction notice. Contractor reported that the soil will be taken to a local facility for proper disposal. All other deficiencies had been addressed. Called RP to remind them to clean up construction refuse on a daily basis and trackout to the street as needed.

Observed a slip tank staged on a rock that had leaked fuel onto the ground. Backhoe staged on sidewalk. ESC signage knocked down. Construction refuse not adequately cleaned up. Contractor not on site at time of inspection. Called RP on 7/17 at 9:00 AM and left message. RP returned phone call at 4:00 PM on 7/17 and will address these concerns immediately.
