Robert Bruno to discuss conference held on site. We discussed the ESC stabilization requirements, difference between erosion controls and sediment controls, ESC permit conditions. Jason Taylor joined conversation to discuss how erosion and sediment control problems have delayed the COE per the grading permit. I reaffirmed the stabilization requirement with Bruno and reitterated that the ESC permit will remain open until vegetation is established.

Sod is in place. Remaining dirt has been seeded with fescue. Watering has resulted in the dirt to rill. Evidence of sedimentation onto the side walk and gutter exists. Sediment mostly swept up but was not at the intersection of Travertine and Windsong. Fiber rolls needs replaced with new ones. Cannot final permit until final stabilization is achieved. Spoke with Bruno rep onsite. Followed up with RP via telephone.
