All ESC concerns have been addressed

Spoke to Jeff Osterman at CH2MHill about required additions to the plan and narrative. The plan is lacking a legend/key, access points with signage locations, location of existing sod to be disturbed and existing sod to be protected, BMP locations and BMP details. SWPPP narrative needs to include construction milestones reflecting the sequence of major events. It also needs to include the specific asphalt paving materials and concrete in the potential pollutant list as well as the associated BMPs for each. Add language about the disturbance of the existing sod and how those areas will be stabilized. Add an additional line about siting the portapots appropriately. Jeff at CH2MHill confirmed that the contractor will not leave any materials or equipment on site due to security reasons. Checklist also requires the addition of language stating why other controls for waste management are not neccessary. ESC plan review checklist faxed to Jeff 7/16/12. On 7/17/12, met with CH2MHill PD and engineer to discuss. Expected re-submittal is anticipated in the afternoon on 7/18/12
