Discussed with RP over landscape schedule. He explained that it is on the developer to instal all landscape (stabilization) measures. I explained if this landscape is not initiated within two weeks or before any potential storm events, that he must install temporary sediment barriers along the perimeter of the project area. I also explained that he and his company is who holds the ESC permit and is rrsponsible for the stabilization of all disturbed area pretaining to the permitted project.
