Need to sweep up concrete waste from the recent work on the new drainage structure and sidewalk. No other violations. Contacted Dave Hicks. Parcel has a hold for plan resubmittals and also permited under ESC13-01113

Slopes around house are in process of be re-graded per Public Works orders. Some minor trackout associated to work in the culdesac. Will be swept once grading operation is complete. No discharges or other violations observed.

Hillside stabilization has been effective with the hydromulch with tacifier. Street and driveway will need sweeping next week. No corrections at this time. No discharge or sediment coming to street. Just track out from vehicles and boots.

Meeting with Legacy Homes contact David Hicks (###-####).

1. Site is going to be hydroseeded and covered with mulch this week. Discussed technics and coverage with A&D Hydroseeding.
2. Check dams to be installed on both side of driveway
3. Wattles at up end of slopes are not necessary but do not need to be removed at this time.
4. Site will be inspected 1-2 times per month.

Construction and hydroseeding is approved as discussed.
