Approved in EPlan as noted:
1. The City of Boise requires BMPs are put in place to protect the porous pavement.

2. Section 2.5 lists the anticipated non stormwater discharges. These discharges are allowed but must be kept clean. Discharges to the MS4 system (any storm drain owned by ACHD) must first obtain a dewatering permit from ACHD.

3. Additional 0.62 acre staging area on north side of Smoke Ranch Drive was approved 6/20/2013

Approved as noted: 1. The City of Boise requires BMPs are put in place to protect the porous pavement once installed. Phase I of the Union Square Apartments is familiar with this practice and currently uses plastic sheeting and gravel bags or scrap wood to secure it. This practice helps to avoid the need for premature maintenance on the stormwater system.
2. Section 2.5 lists the anticipated non stormwater discharges. These discharges are allowed but must be kept clean. Discharges to the MS4 system (any storm drain owned by ACHD) must first obtain a dewatering permit from ACHD.
