Call into RGJ Cole LLC (parcel owner) to see what the plan for silt fence and stabilization.

No stockpiles or other materials at site and no discharges or runoff. DI bags still installed.. No stabilization products have been applied.

Since no issues other than damaged sections of silt fence will wait to hear from parcel owner. No complaints received.

Byion's (RP) group still has a very large stockpile that needs to be removed prior to this permit being closed out.
K2 (ESC14-00057) is currently the only group working on a Sleep Mattress building.
Corrections:
1.) Sweep internal Roads and curbs
2.) Install construction entrance
3.) Maintain perimeter BMP's (Silt Fence)
This permit to remain open until stockpile is removed

Permit posted with SWPPP binder (no inspection report entries in binder) ; there is some minor trackout to Denton due to construction entrance being filled in; Denton street DI's have filter bag protection with remaining capacity.

No spills, discharges, or other violations observed; site currently in compliance - just need to continue with regular housekeeping.

No construction activity at time of inspection. Access road is complete. No corrections at this time.

note: SWPPP is not being used to track inspections or corrective actions for CGP permit conditions.

Silt fence, permit and ESC Plan Posted onsite along Denton St. Some of the silt fence is installed incorrectly, but RP stated they wont work near fencing, if they do they will re-install correctly. Concrete washout will be installed in 2 weeks when they get ready to pour.
