Aberdeen Square streets and gutters are in good condition due to regular sweeping. DI protection installed in inlets have remaining capacity. Trash is being contained.

Some trench work on Colehaven has caused some loose sediment on that portion of street. Will be swept/cleaned when patched.

1 Correction:
Concrete washout off Irving is about to overflow. Requested an alternative washout be provided ASAP to prevent a spill/breech.

RP Jeremy Amar stated he would take care of it...will check back

Streets, gutters, and storm drain inlets are in good condition. Trash and construction materials are being contained through site at Aberdeen Square.

Two Corrections:

There is some trackout to Colehaven due to vehicles not using the rock entrance. The rock used for the construction entrance should be angular to know more dirt of and provide traction.

Verbal request to RP Jeremy to either fix entrance or increase sweeping until road is paved. Looks like underground utilities are complete.

2. Concrete washout is at approximately 70% full and needs to dry out for disposal. New lined pit should be provided ASAP.

Will need to sweep Raymond and Irving street again soon due to sediment and debris in gutter accumulating. Currently there is some landscaping in progress on the Raymond townhomes, so they may attack with some push brooms.
