No further construction. Residents have moved into all new buildings of phase II of Aberdeen Square. Entire subdivision is now built out. Construction equipment, materials and dumpsters removed. No loose sediment or dirt stockpiles.

No immediate stormwater issues, but correction request to remove temp DI bags was issued to Biltmore Company. Will check for Final next general inspection.

WIP on landscaping around new buildings. Storm drains have inlet protection, no trackout, all roads and parking lots are paved and curved. Ongoing projects have trash containment; periodic sweeping is conducted around the perimeter. Approved.

Loose dirt, uncontained trash and building materials along Raymond street. Loose trash, no liquid waste washout provided and messy within apartment complex as well. Stormdrains do have inlet protection.

Corrections:
1. Pick up all uncontained trash and litter around new Aberdeen phase perimeter and within site.
2. Provide additional trash containers/dumpster for site as needed.
3. Empty full trash containers.
4. Sweep Raymond Street.
5. Provide liquid waste washout (lined pit or leakproof container)

Phase I in Aberdeen Square has all construction finished and all disturbed areas stabilized. Streets are free of loose dirt from construction activity in Phase II.

Phase II on the north side of Colehaven is in progress with vertical and foundation work in progress. Some trackout and stockpiles on hard surfaces at time of inspection. Crews were backifilling foundations and hauling away dirt. All DIs (MS4 on Raymond & private) have sediment capture bags.

No dust, windblown trashout, or trackout of mud. Just need to sweep sidewalks on Raymond when finished backfilling.

Correction:

Do final sweep of parking lots with all unit finished.

Biltmore supervisor Pat stated that sweeping will be done on Monday concurrently with parking spot striping.

Streets and gutters are fairly clean, DIs have filter bags installed and with remaining capacity.

Correction request/notice from last Tuesday 1/20. All streets, parking lots, and gutters around Aberdeen Square were swept on Friday. No new trackout or issues. WIP. Approved.

BMPs installed at Aberdeen including silt fence perimeters and DI bags; no trackout extending beyond site limits, though some minor trackout within the parking lot due to the wet weather and mud. Contractors parking on hard surfaces. No specific corrections at this time, just advised RP to continue housekeeping and trackout control as conditions improve.

Aberdeen sub development still in progress. 4 plexes with seperate ESC permits are in compliance. Streets and gutters appear to be recently swept, trash and construction materials are contained;

Correction request to provide new concrete washout for the new phase has been completed and is lined.

No trackout or other BMP violations at time of construction. Workers staying off unpaved dirt areas.

Streets, gutters, and storm drain inlets are in good condition. Trash and construction materials are being contained through site at Aberdeen Square.

Two Corrections:

There is some trackout to Colehaven due to vehicles not using the rock entrance. The rock used for the construction entrance should be angular to know more dirt of and provide traction.

Verbal request to RP Jeremy to either fix entrance or increase sweeping until road is paved. Looks like underground utilities are complete.

2. Concrete washout is at approximately 70% full and needs to dry out for disposal. New lined pit should be provided ASAP.

DI bags were maintained as requested on 7/9 CN and it appears Colehaven Street was swept.

Will need to sweep Raymond and Irving street again soon due to sediment and debris in gutter accumulating. Currently there is some landscaping in progress on the Raymond townhomes, so they may attack with some push brooms.

Aberdeen Square is not currently in compliance with regulations.

Corrections needed:

1.The street, sidewalk and gutters on Raymond and Irving (side adjacent to activity) need to be swept
2. Maintain all DIs on Raymond, Colehaven, and Irving (Irving is full)
3. Install perimeter wattles along the south side of project on corner of Raymond and Irving.

Verbal notice provided to RP Jeremy Amar. Compliance is due by end of week. No precipitation forecasted.

Aberdeen Square central access alleys and stormwater infrastructure has been installed. Work on individual units along Raymond. Sidewalk is dusty, but street is clean. Drop inlets have protection. Approved.
