Contacted Luke Roberts (ACHD) to verify story and left VM. Will check at a later date to ensure site is back in compliance.

No current issues but will inquire with owner about further stabilization or installation of a sediment containment BMP on the north side of the "stream". Water exiting site through culvert is not turbid or have other characteristics of pollution.

SWPPP is managed by Lurre and Kris Jensen.

No activity. No corrections required at Antelope Springs at this time. Site is well contained and banks are stabilizing around Walling Creek.

Antelope Springs is near completion and parcels will soon be survey and recorded. No trackout to Warm Springs, the Walling Creek bank has revegetated/stabilized.

Discussed project with RP/developer Pat and he stated this evening a sweeping is doing the culdesac and the stretch of Warm Springs in front the development.

No corrections if sweeping is completed this week.

Road is now paved. Working on the manholes for sewer and installing sidewalk along Warm Springs. Concrete trucks using lined washout on site.

Warm Springs should be swept along the frontage of the development when they clean the new road.

Site perimeter is well contained.

Curbing and streets are in process of installation. Lurre Construction has water truck on site for dust. A good lined washout has been built up above the site to keep clear from creek/ditch. Stormwater faciltiies not yet connected but will need to protect DI at entrance. Will check next inspection or once road is complete.
