Curbs and Sidewalks need maintenance. Road and curbs need swept asap. Drop Inlets need to be cleaned out. Contated Pat (Owner). He stated ACHD was just out here a month ago and did sweep and clean drop inlets. I don't see any proof. Stated he needs to get it cleaned up. He stated he will. Contacted Luke Roberts (ACHD) to verify story and left VM. Will check at a later date to ensure site is back in compliance.

Landscaping and irrigation for open areas is currently being installed. Site sediment contaiment perimeteerr and vegetative buffer are in good condition with no evidence of discharge or sediment runoff. The Penn Canal is no longer flowing, so the landscaping will stabilize the north bank before next year's water season.

Checked the outlet of Walling Creek into Boise River downstream from site and other activity in Barber Valley and it is looking very clear with no color, odor or other visible water qualitiy issues.

Perimeter barrier and fencing is good containment for site. All DI's on Parsnip Peak have filter bag protection and streets and mostly free of sediment. Some minor accumulation of sand in gutters.

The irrgation canal has been routed through the central common area. Water flowing through looked clean and the channel has been lined with rock

No current issues but will inquire with owner about further stabilization or installation of a sediment containment BMP on the north side of the "stream". Water exiting site through culvert is not turbid or have other characteristics of pollution.

Discussed project with RP/developer Pat and he stated this evening a sweeping is doing the culdesac and the stretch of Warm Springs in front the development.
