Check that DI bags have been removed...

All DIs have now had the sediment bags removed as requested. 1 storm drain on La Pointe, just south of Royal is still installed. This inlet can remain to capture and sediment trackout from some of the unpaved parking in the area and the Rivers Edge staging area, which uses La Pointe for some exiting truck traffic.

ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Construction is complete and residents have moved into La Pointe for the school year. Streets and open areas have been landscaped. Stormwater swales are installed for roof top drainage. No materials or loose dirt left on site.

Corrective action to Final ESC permit:
1. Remove temporary BMP storm drain drop inlet sediment bags on La Pointe at corner of Island and also Lusk and Lusk and Dale. Sweep up any cigarette butts/loose sediment in and around storm drain.
Verbal correction to Carl with ESI. He stated he will have them pulled today. Will check back tomorrow afternoon.

Noticed spill of powder material on Dale Street.

RP-project supervisor Carl with ESI informed me it was from gypcrete for the bathrooms. One of the bags leaked and has been difficult to clean. Most of the loose material has been swept, but pavement is stained.

Area will be continued to be swept and cleaned to prevent being carried off by stormwater.

Will check back. Verbal correction requested to Carl - site has been in good standing throughout project.
