Could be Idaho Power or City of Boise PW? Culdesac was swept but some loose sediment remains. Gatorguard wattle improperly installed. Trying to determine who contractor/owner is....

Warm Springs Mesa new drop inlets and slope drain are activitely draining stormwater. Surrounding slopes are revegetating and still have wattles installed. Rip rap instanlled seems to be effectively dissipating the flow and prevent drainage churn out or widening.
