CM Company called to inform about plans regarding the unstabilized berm that was constructed. BK does not have the funds to landscape at this time. CM has hired a subcontractor to put down a temporary tacifier and mulch to stabize the berm to prevent dust issues. This is to be complete Monday June 9. Will check next week.

Check back on the status of the berms that are not stabilized.

Talked with CM foreman Ross Tucker ####-#### regarding temporary stabilization of the berms. BK is working on getting funding to have it landscaped soon. In the meanwhile, Ross and Bob Berryman of Central Paving will look into temporary stabilization of the berms. The berms around the tennis court are being construct and are in the ESC plan to be hydroseeded for dust and erosion control.

Will continue to monitor, but no violations observed on site today and minimal dust being kicked up by the wind.

Check to see when the berm lining Allumbaugh is to be stabilized. Potential for big dust issues.

RP is in Idaho Falls. Will meet with him next week to discuss. No dust leaving site at time of inspection and no trackout or other violations. The berms will need to be stabilized with mulch and liquid polymer if it is not to be landscaped within the next two weeks.
