Dust complaint received for Cantabria Development.

Landscaping crews are on site finishing open area landscaping. Majority of the 22 4 plexes are complete, many are even occupied by tenants. WIP.

No dust plumes observed leaving site, but with landscapers potentially using dust blowers the complaint could be valid. Notified RP Ken to instruct those using blowers to sweep up larger piles and blows dust toward Overland.

Also notified Ken to remember to remove all temporary BMPs (inlet filter bags on Overland and Cloverdale, silt fence along canal) when work is complete.

Correction:
Scoop and sweep along Overland. Dirt from berm grading/landsicaping has been pushed over the wattle. Retrnch and stake in wattle in damaged areas.

Site perimeter BMPs (silt fence, chain link fencing, & fiber wattles) are installed and containing dirt onsite as intendended. Access road is now asphalt and no trackout Cloverdale or Overland. MS4 inlets have filter bag protection installed.

Corrections:
1. Provide maintenance on lined concrete washout. It is now full and 4-5 units remain.
2. Install filter bag on the main drop inlet for the access road.

No site prep requested, though earlier communication between Andersen and ESC division was aware site needed BMP installation prior to grading.

Ground FX has installed perimeter fiber wattle, wire backed silt fence installed along canal. All DIs on Overland and Cloverdale adjacent to site have filter protection. Heavy duty rock construction entrance is installed off of Overland.

Site is being filled up to closer grade of the sidewalk which is why wattles have been installed along sidewalk.

Permits posted; reviewed site prep inspection policy with Ken Scaggs of Andersen. Since BMPs were installed properly, no warning or NOV at this time.

Complaint about stockpiling without valid permit received via email.

The stockpile is owned by parcel owner and will be used for the upcoming Cantabria project to be start in late August or early September. No more large loads of dirt are scheduled to be added to existing amount.

Placement of stockpile is below grade of Overland and Cloverdale and over 50 ft from the canal, which also has an access road buffer and vegetation along bank.

BMPs per ESC plan will be setup prior to any construction activity with a Site Prep inspection to be conducted. Discussed project with Darin Thornton from Anderson Construction ###-####
