Compliance has been extended due to work that is to be completed on the hillside bank in front of house for new utility line installation. Full cleanup and stabilization will be completed after installation of utility line.

Citizen complaint received regarding sediment runoff and erosion occuring at this hillside home.

Observations:
1. Sediment collected at bottom of Birdsong, much of it was trapped by the coir mat filter installed on DIs.
2. Rill erosion has occurred on the bank in front of the house.
3. Perimeter sediment containment BMPs did not contain sediment.
4. Trackout from unpaved/stabilized driveway.

Corrections:
1. Clean up loose sediment that has collected in front of inlet and due to the trackout.
2. Forbid parking on driveway until it does not cause trackout.
3. Rake out rill erosion on banks are repair damaged areas.
4. Install new mats on the DI on the corner of Birdsong and Windsong.

Will reinspect Friday morning 11/7 for compliance.
