Home is complete and occupied. PW bond issued for hillside revegetation and stabilzation. Homeowner and JH Developement are aware of erosion and sediment control requirements. Area to the right of home has been seeded once, will get another application in the spring. Will inspect area under BH#6 permit ESC15-00094

Hillside revegetation is now in progress. JH had the disturbed slope hydroseeded and a temporary sediment control wattle is now installed. Will monitor growth of grasses on slope.

No BMP's installed throughout disturbed area along the south side of the home. Perm re-vegetation needs to be applied and achieved of 80% or more. Some minor discharged sediment coming off hillside onto sidewalk that needs swept.

Landscaping of yard is near completion.

Request to builder and or landscaping company to hydroseed/stabilize disturbed hillside areas outside of yard used for access by equipment. Will need to install wattle at toe of slope to keep sediment from running off onto culdesac into stormwater system.

Construction complete. HIll slopes not yet vegetated or landscaped. Culdesac was cleaned. No ESC violations. Will monitor for stabilization.

Sidewalks need to be swept off, and also the curb up top in the culdisac. Drop Inlet protection throughout Birdsong needs to be replaced

Erosion issue on the homesite have been address and no active runoff or new rills/gullies have started.

Still need to sweep up collected sediment at Windsong and Birdsong and change the inlet protect ASAP.

Citizen complaint received regarding sediment runoff and erosion occuring at this hillside home.

Observations:
1. Sediment collected at bottom of Birdsong, much of it was trapped by the coir mat filter installed on DIs.
2. Rill erosion has occurred on the bank in front of the house.
3. Perimeter sediment containment BMPs did not contain sediment.
4. Trackout from unpaved/stabilized driveway.

Corrections:
1. Clean up loose sediment that has collected in front of inlet and due to the trackout.
2. Forbid parking on driveway until it does not cause trackout.
3. Rake out rill erosion on banks are repair damaged areas.
4. Install new mats on the DI on the corner of Birdsong and Windsong.

Will reinspect Friday morning 11/7 for compliance.

WIP. Culdesac is clean, no sediment accumulation downhill from site in gutter. Site is not yet landscaped, so will need to provide sediment containment on the banks of the hill next to the sidewalk. Currently no issues. Will discuss with RP Eric Allen.

No activity at time of construction. Culdesac is clean; permit posted. Approved.

Trackout from retaining wall/drainage stabilization project. Caused because no construction entrance or poor material unloading practces.

Called RP to make corrections. Will check later in week.

Follow up inspection for corrections issued earlier in week.

Sweeping has been completed on Birdsong and Windsong with no continued tracking observed. Site is now back in compliance.

Site has now been cleared and wattles installed. Some rill erosion to the right of driveway location will need to be addressed once conditions allowed. Considering the rain, site is in good condition.
