Request to construct a freestanding Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop. Parcel is in between existing Sonic with paved entrance and a new Dutch Brothers coffee. Initial BMP set up will be installation of perimeter silt fence as indicated on map, designation of material storage, concrete waste containment (Ecopan) and monitoring trackout to Overland and surrounding streets. Once grading and stormwater structures are installed all DI's shall be protected and a fiber wattle installed around swale. Valid ESC plan and narrative submitted; ESC site preparation inspection required.
