Corrections:

-Properly dispose the wattles that were used for perimeter sediment control. Currently piled across street on vacant lot
- sweep up dirt piles on road from the landscape crew tractor hauling dirt up and down the street.

WIP. Driveway was just poured, concrete washout has been contained, no slurry or runoff to gutter from site. Perimeter hillside vegetation and silt fence are in good condition.

No corrections. BLD open, retaining walls installed but no landscaping yet.

Permit is now posted. Rock construction access has been installed. Vegetation on the banks around pre-graded area has been undisturbed and no perimeter wattles or other sediment controls. No issues at this time. Approved to continue construction.

BMPs not yet installed. Discussed process with homeowner RP. ESI crew will be on site this afternoon to implement BMPs prior to excavation. This is a hillside parcel that has been graded flat and has an earthen berm around it on 3 sides.

Need to install sediment protection at foot of bank above neighbors driveway.

Permission given to install BMPs and begin initial phases of grading. Will re-inspect tomorrow morning.
